Torrie Wilson

Torrie Anne Wilson (born July 24 1975) is an American former professional wrestler and model. Her most well-known accomplishments are her stint as a member of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE, prior to which was the World Wrestling Federation).As fitness-focused competitor, Wilson won the Miss Galaxy contest in 1999. After her victory, she was signed by World Championship Wrestling. She joined the organization from 1999 to 2000. [2][7][8] Her 2001 appearances on World Wrestling Federation television were part of The Invasion (a WCW storyline, which was then called the [then] WWF). The most famous storylines occurred in 2002, where she was battling Dawn Marie. [5][9] and 2003 and 2003 with Sable. Wilson was a part of the all-female stable which is a set of characters associated with stories. She was first exposed to the sport by a snob at an International Championship Wrestling(WCW) show in 1999. After the show, she was asked to go backstage and enter the ring along with Scott Steiner. 7. Kevin Nash later expressed interest in the storyline. She first appeared on the February 8th, 1999 episode of Nitro (later named "Samantha"). It was revealed in the episode's storyline in the episode, that Wilson was brought in by the New World Order (nWo) to seduce David Flair into turning against his father, Ric Flair. The two appeared together on February 21 at SuperBrawl IX when Wilson slapped Ric, and David struck him with a taser. [15] Ric was awarded the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by Hollywood Hogan. This was in an Uncensored match , in which a Barbed Wire Steel Cage match took place. David and Wilson took their break from WCW television, before returning to the arena in May. In 1999, at the Bash at the Beach, Wilson was the valet for Flair while he successfully defended the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship against Dean Malenko.
