Lisa Edelstein, an American actress best known for House the Fox medical drama. As a child of strict Jewish background the actress moved from Wayne into New York City when she was just 18 years old to go to the Tisch School of the Arts. Her performance quickly made her a part of the club scene in New York. Her performances were so captivating that local media took notice. Then, she used her experiences and fame to create and write the musical called Positive Me which she starred. Awake to the Wild Side, a show that she was host for MTV became her first job. When the show was over the show, she began appearing on films and television productions initially in smaller roles, and slowly established her place as an actor.
